Somerton Court is a large historic country house believed to date in part from the 12th Century. It is situated at Lower Somerton on the eastern edge of Somerton, the royal town of ancient Wessex set in some 55 acres of parkland and gardens.

The home of Owen and Pauline Stephens has been extensively refurbished. The comfortable centrally heated bedrooms most of which have full private facilities including colour TV and a well stocked hospitality tray with hot drinks.

The room on view has a waterbed.

Somerton Court is a perfect base from which to explore a wide range of interesting places, which include stately homes, museums, gardens and the Royal Bath and West Showground. The area offers good facilities for outdoor pursuits.
