Prices

The management reserves the right to adjust prices without notice unless confirmed in writing. All prices quoted include VAT at the current rate of 15% (17.5% from January 2010) and are subject to changes if an increase of VAT is imposed.

Somerton Court Country House Wedding Venue Location Fee: £2,750

Millennium Hall Complex, parking & grounds for parties, christenings, funerals etc £200 per hour.

Provisional Bookings

Provisional bookings will only be held for 14 days.

Deposits & Payments of Accounts

We require written confirmation of the booking along with a deposit of £1000, within 2 weeks of a verbal booking to guarantee this booking. This is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Payments

50% of the estimated total charge is payable 1 month prior to the event and the balance is settled 7 days after the function this is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Menus & Wines

The menus need to be chosen at the latest 2 weeks prior to the day.

Drinks

All drinks consumed must be purchased on the premises.

Number of Guests

The final number of guests attending should be confirmed 10 days before the function. This will be the minimum number for which we shall charge.

When introduced to Somerton Court Country House by Country House Wedding Venues and other wedding organisers, commission is payable to them, we are instructed to collect the amount on their behalf which is £230 + VAT.

Fireworks

The use of fireworks and chinese lanterns are not permitted.
